New Material Alert... hipidee do da day!!

I've "finished" my new and improved chapter 2. Finished being, of course, code for: I'm-satisfied-with-it-but-will-likely-change-it-50-more-times-at-least. You can see this new and improved literary masterpiece under the Sample Chapters tab.

As a side note, though, I have not finished editing subsequent chapters to blend with the two new chapters I've added. Hence, if there are redundancies in the material, be kind! I'm getting to them soon!

Oh the neverending process of revisions! Keep it up!

So, is this a re-written chapter two of a completed ms or a WIP? Or, should I not be asking?? :)

Thanks for the encouragement, its always needed AND appreciated!

Its a re-written chapter two of a complted ms. Upon review I decided that my main character needed a bit more love at the beginning. So a slipped two new chapters in at the beginning. I felt like it'd help the readers connect with her better. Hopefully, it works!

Oh, good for you! Congrats on "completing". The beginning is ALWAYS the hardest. It was the last part I killed myself over. Still recovering....

Thank you!! Although, I have to admit... "complete" might be stretching the truth a bit. Let's be honest, I'll be changing things until the day it goes to the printers! (I'm sure you know the feeling)

What about you? Is your ms finished? I read the blurb about your book on your blog... sounds like a good read!

Ooo yes I DO know that feeling! Sometimes I wonder if I'll ever be totally satisfied :)

Hey thanks, btw. That was nice of you to say. Mine is done, working on another to keep my mind preoccupied while I submit. So tough waiting! What genre do you right?

I know. I hate the waiting game! Patience is most definitely NOT one of my virtues ( :

I'm writing YA. Which is my fav! Yourself? (I'm assuming YA... its seemed very YAish!)

Yes, YA as well! I just love the "voice" of YA. What is yours about? I was going to ask you via email but I don't see an address listed? Mine is barbara (dot) kloss (at) gmail (dot) com.

Oh, agreed. I love the YA "voice."

Also, definitely interested in discussing books--my favorite topic! But I'll email you, cause when describing my book, I tend to be long winded ( : The itty, bitty comment space wouldn't do either of us justice!
